Digital products for HCPs are launched daily, demanding a new approach to engage them. Given the extremely busy nature of practices, convincing HCPs to embrace change and start using an app is challenging, despite its potential benefits.
The Aarian Health team created an experience program, enrolling key HCPs thought leaders. These HCPs used the app, gathered feedback, and presented it at a national HCP conference. The conference featured presentations, case studies, and hands-on sessions with the app for participating HCPs.
The conference session drew a significant audience, with many HCPs eager to learn about the thought leaders' experience with the new app. The session had fantastic engagement, and the hands-on workshop enabled HCPs to get comfortable with the app and ask questions. The app is enjoying steady growth in uptake, driven by the success of the experience program.
